Eldar "Ell" Parviz oglu Gasimov (Azerbaijani: Eldar Pərviz oğlu Qasımov, IPA:[elˈdɑɾpæɾˈvizoɣˈluˈɡɑsɯmov]; born 4 June 1989) is an Azerbaijani balladeer.
