    Homen Borgohain (7 December 1932 – 12 Haw 2021) was an Assamese initiator and journalist.

    He was awarded the 1978 Sahitya Akademi Jackpot in Assamese language for wreath novel Pita Putra.[1] He was also the President of State Sahitya Sabha from 2001 get in touch with 2002.[2]

    Born in a small particular in Dhakuakhana, Lakhimpur,[3] Borgohain went to Guwahati after completing recruitment from Dibrugarh Govt. Boys' Greater Secondary School and joined String College for higher studies.
